Submitting a work order

 

Below are the directions to submit a ticket in the new system. You don't have to remember what email address you were supposed to send a request to ever again! We have posted the directions to add a ticket below. 

 

While the new system is live right now, you can continue to put in tickets the old fashioned way through Friday (Aug 15th). After Friday none of the email addresses used will accept requests. Those are:

 

 

 

Need to submit a support ticket or maintenance request? Here’s how!

From any Google page with the waffle on it, click the waffle in the upper right hand corner and scroll down to “Work Orders”

This will take you to the new ticket system called MLWorkOrders. Click the blue “New Request” box and you’re on your way.
