Annually, in September, the building principals at all Medical Lake School District schools present their School Improvement Plans to the School Board. 

 

These plans emphasize the building's celebrations, strengths, concerns and goals for creating an inclusive climate and culture of belonging at their schools. Goals are made using school academic data as well as feedback from our Centers for Effective Education (CEE) surveys in February and March of each year.
