Meet Our Superintendent

Dr. Kim Headrick was sworn in as Superintendent of the Medical Lake School District on June 27, 2023, after serving as Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning since 2013. Kim spent eight years as a middle school principal in Cle Elum and nine years in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas as a teacher and school administrator. She recently completed her Doctorate in Education at Gonzaga University and earned her Superintendent Certificate from Washington State University in 2015. Kim is a graduate of Medical Lake (1989), and her parents both served as educators in this district as well.
