Fostering a Safe & Supportive Environment
We recently met with students and parents from the elementary, middle, and high schools in our first Student and Family Connections group. We shared our newly published Strategic Plan and engaged in conversation regarding our first promise to "foster a safe and supportive learning environment through a culture of belonging." We received feedback from each of our groups focused on our successes and challenges, as well as suggested support or action steps.
