Robotics Headed to Houston

Circuit Breakers competed in the District Championships in Portland, OR along with 64 of the best teams from Washington, Oregon and Alaska. They finished 10th, which gave them an overall ranking of 5th, their highest rank EVER and secured them an invitation to the FIRST World Championships in Houston, TX.
This has been a record setting year for the Circuit Breakers. They won both District competitions at Clackamas Academy and West Valley which secured their trip to Portland, OR for the District Championship. They brought home the Quality Award for exceptional build quality, a team first,  and the Industrial Design Award for a well thought out and implemented design strategy. They had a Dean's List semi-finalist for outstanding students who show moral character and drive along with a Woodie Flowers Award semi-finalist for outstanding adult mentors. Last but certainly not least, they accepted their invitation to the FIRST World Championships in Houston, TX for the second year in a row. 
The matches will be streamed on Twitch, April 19-21 for those who would like to watch the competition.
