Family Access
Dear Parents/
Guardians of Medical Lake School District Students,
Family Access is a web site to access information regarding your child's/children school life. It is also a way to keep you informed about what is happening at your child's school. With Family Access you have access to your child's daily attendance, discipline, schedule with teacher e-mail links, food service account, high school graduation requirements, Middle and High School student's daily assignments, grades, missing assignments and more. We use Family Access to e-mail messages from the district, school or teacher. You can also add money to your child's/children lunch account and soon will be able to pay fines and fees.
We no longer print and mail report cards for high school students. You can access your child's middle or high school report card in Family Access the 4th day after the end of the term. Teachers will need 3 days to enter final grades and comments. If you are a parent or guardian of a middle or high school student and you do not have internet access, report cards will be mailed to you. Please contact Kim Zappone, 565-3270 at the high school or Julie Robison, 565-3300 at the middle school to request a printed report card.
Please keep your e-mail address up to date in Family Access by using the Account Info button in the top right corner when you are logged in. Also check out the e-mail notifications tab. You can choose to have e-mails sent to you for low food service balances, low grades, and progress reports – daily, weekly or monthly.
You should receive a letter with your login and password when you enroll your child in school. Login and passwords do not change when students advance to the next grade level or school. If you need a new letter with your login information at any time e-mail ddupey@mlsd.org If you are not a custodial parent but have rights to your child's information please e-mail me and I will send your login information.
